Roberta says something about cricket. The first time I knew how this sport is played was in Dr. Orchard’s class on 9/11 literature. We read a novel, “Netherland,” in which Joseph O’Neill explores how such kind of sports can bring people of different backgrounds together.

Dominique, it never ceases to amaze me about the surprising things that get people talking. Who knows? Maybe the next place I teach will have crickets as a main part of the diet!
